Terms of Service

1. Basic informations

Please read my Terms of Service before commissioning me. By ordering a commission, you agree to these terms.When requesting a commission, please provide clear information, including:

Prices may change depending on the complexity of the character, pose, background, props, or extra details.I have the right to decline any commission request that I am uncomfortable with or unable to complete.Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial use is discussed and agreed on beforehand. A commercial license can be discussed if it is needed after the commission is fulfilled.

Standard Procedure

1. You will receive a rough sketch for approval; up to 2 major revisions are allowed; any revision beyond this point may incur extra charges depending on the request
2. You will receive two color/shading rough for approval; the final look of the artwork will be based on whichever is chosen.
3. I will update you on any major progress and changes to the artwork based on my judgment. Major changes to the artwork made on my end will not be charged.
4. Once the artwork is finished, I wll send you a high-resolution image through your preferred communication method.

2. Payment

I only take payment through paypal.For commissions at and under $80, full payment is required before I begin the work.For commissions over $80, payment can be split into two parts:
50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.I will not continue to the final artwork until the required payment has been received.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only available before I have started working on the commission.Once the sketch has been started, refunds may be partial depending on how much work has already been completed.No refunds will be given after the final artwork is completed and delivered.

3. Revisions

Major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage, a maximum of 2.Major changes after the sketch has been approved may incur an extra charge; the amount will be discussed based on the requested changes.Once the final artwork is nearly finished, only small adjustments will be accepted, such as minor colour or detail changes.

4. Extra charges

Complex characters, including detailed outfits, armour, weapons, props, pets, or other intricate details, may incur extra charges.If a character’s default design includes complicated props or details, these may also increase the price. I, the artist, will decide myself if the proposed character is considered complex. In certain cases, I may allow the design without extra charges, but I may simplify the elements.

5. Turnaround time

Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, my queue, and personal schedule. I will let you know before payment.I will try to keep you updated if there are major delays.

6. Commercial use

Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial use has been discussed and agreed upon before payment.Commercial use means using the artwork in a way that may promote, advertise, sell, or generate money for a person, brand, business, product, service, or project.Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

My artwork may not be used for AI training, AI image generation, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or blockchain-related use.No AI will be used in the creation of the artwork.

8. Credit

When reposting the artwork, please credit me as the artist.
